探索非侵入式照護技術的臨床應用潛力
計畫簡介
光生物調節技術（Photobiomodulation, PBM）具備非侵入、低能量與生物相容性高等物理特性，在實務應用中逐漸被關注於疼痛舒緩、神經支持、情緒調節及兒童照護等不同照護場景。
沐欣國際秉持科學與倫理為基礎，推動將 PBM 技術導入臨床環境，並與各專科醫療機構合作，進行以實務觀察與資料蒐集為導向的多中心合作計畫。我們期望建立一套能反映在地照護需求、並具有國際參考價值的 PBM 應用模式。

目的：
本計畫以研究驗證與學術交流為主軸，聚焦於臨床觀察與科學評估，旨在探討相關技術於生理調節上的應用潛力。
核心：
所有合作皆以資料觀察、臨床經驗紀錄與跨國資料整合為核心。
期望：
透過與臨床醫師、治療師及研究人員的合作，推動PBM應用的合理化研究與後續發展。
所有觀察紀錄來自實際臨床場域的使用經驗與資料整理，其研究架構與結果分析獨立於產品導入與商業活動，並作為日後進一步研究與倫理審查之基礎參考。

PBM-Pain 為一項橫跨全台超過 100 家醫療機構的多中心臨床觀察計畫，系統性記錄光生物調節（PBM）於各類疼痛狀況之實際應用成果。
本計畫涵蓋 神經病理性疼痛、發炎性疼痛 及 功能性疼痛 等臨床場景，著重於蒐集 實務應用經驗、臨床操作流程 與 個案回饋紀錄，以建立光療技術於疼痛照護領域的臨床應用基礎，並提供後續研究與臨床推廣的重要依據。
